Physical Screening for Golf Performance:

This detailed screening is the key to identifying whether a player has the necessary pelvis and rib positions along with the correct mobility and stability patterns throughout their body to create an efficient golf swing; while simultaneously identifying underlying issues that can ultimately lead to injury. After the screening, the results found during this evaluation will help the trainer create a detailed exercise program that will allow the golfer to make more of an efficient golf swing. It will also help the athlete and their teaching professional understand what type of swing style would be easiest for that player to do repeatedly while reducing their risk of injury.
